Alright my wife is the PTO president for my kids elementry school & she ask us to make pulled pork for the fair next friday. We will be smoking 75lbs of pulled pork Sunday then freezing & they will heat up & serve friday.We did this last year & everything turned out great!! I'll post some pictures later this weekend. Also got a call from gentelman running for sheriff wanting us to cook PP for his fundraiser in March for 150 to 175 people. Will keep you posted with qview later!
