Detroiter, get some refreshments and just leave the lid shut and ya ca'nt be beat. Add a finish sauce(like the drippings and a shake of the rub) and you are the MAN

I can't wait to try to do one but not at 2.59 a lb wow . We sell them for 1.99 a lb , just ordered a LEM 20 lb smoker been wanting one for awhile . So I broke down and bought the smoker and a grinder with all the attachments .

Yeah I knew I over paid....I was in a hurry and couldn't get to the usual grocer I buy them from. I usually pay 1.49 a lb. But oh well! It all worked out well!
