Found a 2 pack of shoulders for $ 1.79/lb. Decided to do some pulled & chopped pork for some meal prep.
Hit it with some Meat Church's honey hog, Meat Church's pecan rub (Deez Nuts) and a mix I had on hand. I ran the smoker about 265⁰.
Pulled once they hit prob tender. The one on the left took about an hour & ½ longer, but I had nothing but time.
I bag and freeze a few bags to take camping with us, for some easy campfire dinners. And a few to keep on hand for the house.
I built me a Big ole sammich for dinner, I had some candied jalapeños on there but you can't see em
