pulled pork butt pull temp?

I always go by feel...Bone wiggle and pull or probe tender.
Usually the temp will be close to 205. But I have pulled them as low as 200 or as high as 210.
That's why I like using feel.
 
Since you're using your MES, here's 2 Butts (Step by Step) I did in mine, each at a different Smoker Temp:
Pulled Boston Pork Butt (230°--April 23, 2013)
Pulled Boston Pork Butt (265°--Oct 21, 2018)
