Five hours into smoke my IT is 155 and looking good
yep its just about time.When the IT hits 160 im throwing on the pork loin.Im guessing about in another 15 minutes getting real close.Snow and wind has been playing havoc today.Looking great! My last two butts took just over sixteen hoursThankfully they weren't for dinner! Get that pork loin in there so we can see that golden bacon wrap!![]()
it is sweet but also has some heat also.I used a Brinkmann Trailmaster LE with modsLooks great ,going to have to try your rub , is it kinda sweet or not, would be interested in what kinda of smoker you used . I need to upgrade from my charcoal brinkmanship, kicking ideas around thanks
