Pulled beef street tacos from a smoked chuck roast with cotija cheese.

Marinated over night in Dr. Pepper and garlic salt. Put a basic salt/pepper/garlic rub on this morning. 3 hours at 225. Then put it in a foil pan and added some squeeze butter and Thai chili sauce, covered in foil and then back on for 4 hours at 250-275. Rested for 2 hours and pulled apart like butter.

That looks delicious! I love street tacos, and find it difficult to pass by a taco truck without stopping. :emoji_yum:

Some fine looking tacos. I'm sure I could down a few of those! LIKE!

One of my very favorite things to do with leftovers is to make small street tacos. I use flour taco shells that are half the size of normal tacos. Keeps me from over loading them lol.
