SCV - So Cal
I was watching Sorted on YouTube last week and in one of their contests a guy made a crude pizza with puff pastry for the crust. It looked so good even though it didn't have sauce or cheese.

So I got me some of that puff pastry.

I cut it into four pieces and made four varieties.

Popped it in the air fryer oven at 400* for 16 minutes.

I wasn't sure how it would turn out but they ended up way better than I expected. The "crust" was way better than I hoped for. This will now be my easy way to make a quick and yummy pizza for now on.

Wow. Whodathunkit? I always associate puff pastry with sweet but I think some also use it on London broil/beef Wellington.

I used two tablespoons of marinara sauce on each piece. You can see the bottle on the side of the second pic, part of it anyway.
Saw the jar but just checking. I picked up all the fixings today to give it a try on Friday.
Going to Disney tomorrow for the last days of the Food & Wine Festival.
Will add my favorite pizza topping of sliced green olives. I just love the tang they add.
I searching the "Sorted" and found the brits. Laughed at a few of the recipes.
They call it Minnesota Bland up north, but Brit Blander is even funnier.

I like to roll out puff pastry a bit thinner than it unrolls from the package. Greasy from the butter so avoid using too much flour

I also like green olives on pizza. The darker green real Italian ones. Heck, I could make 100 of them each with different ingredients. I say put what you want on it and don't worry about the panties in a bunch crowd.

I have been subscribed to their channel for years. The channel is fun to watch.

WARNING: If you have not watched them before, they are very much enablers. Not that they push anything but they try a lot of new gadgets and the ones that work well are hard to pass up.
