Smoke Blower
Has anyone tried these seasonings and have a favorite.
I've been using their Italian sausage seasoning (260-B) for about 15 years now, far better than anything I could make on my own, and repeatable. I recently got some maple breakfast sausage seasoning from them, excellent with a strong maple flavor. I also get my casings from them, and they are the makers of my Pro 100 electric smoker, flawless performance for 15 years now. RAY
