ps honey bar-b que seasoning question, help!!!

I can't find the ratios for seasoning and cure for 5lbs of meat.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Whole muscle meat, ground meat, short cure, long cure?

The honey BBQ bag says use 5.25 pounds of seasoning and .06 pounds of speed cure for 25 pounds of of meat. One fifth of those measurements will do five pounds.
