All this talk about prime rib recently, I decided to try my hand at it. I also did a pork loin and some chicken.

the Ribeye Roast from Krogers:





Seasoned with Kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and fresh rosemary cut from the garden a few minutes before:



The split chicken breasts seasond with Cajun Blast Rub:





The preseasoned pork loin from Sams:



Chicken just off the smoker:



And Deboned:



The prime rib and pork loin partway through the smoke:



Prime rib done and cut. Brought to 130 and pulled and wrapped in an ice chest:





Pork loin done and sliced. brought to 165 pulled and wrapped in the ice chest:





I almost forgot I also 1/4 a head of cabbage, salt and pepper, italian dressing and some diced tasso, wrapped in foil and put on the smoker:
 
Some good lookin chow there and that prime rib looks excellent!!!!

I was really surprised how well the pork loin turned out. It was perfectly seasoned right out of the package. I would recommend it to anybody who wants to have something they can just throw on the smoker without too much trouble.
