Well sir, you wanted to know where you could get prime rib roast for under $5 a pound? Our three local stores have it on sale now for $4.48 to $4.98 per #. I just ordered 4 of them.

Plus, I always take my local butcher samples of the pulled pork, jerky, sausage, etc, so he said he would cut most of the bones loose, just leave a hinge at the bottom, then season them all the way around the meat with his own rub, then will tie them up and double wrap with butcher paper so I can freeze them. What a great guy.

I guess come Spring we will all come to your place for a party.

Keith,
A Prime Rib Roast with the ribs removed and then sliced (uncooked) gives you Rib Eye steaks. Check your grocery, you may be able to do better than 4.88 for rib eyes ....
