Prime Rib Leftover Time!! (@ The Den)

I know some of you guys like my Leftover Sammies & Such, so I saved a few Pics for y’all:

So after Mrs Bear & I had an Awesome Prime Rib Supper, I sliced up all the rest into a bunch of nice Thin Slices.
I stacked the slices up in one of our “Debbie Meyer Green Boxes”, and put it in my special spot in the Kitchen Fridge.
Here's where this Leftover Prime Rib came from:

https://www.smokingmeatforums.com/threads/smoked-prime-rib-apple-dust.288813/

Then the First night, I cut two nice pieces, a little bigger than a Hamburger Bun, and put them in a Frying Pan with a little butter, and seared both sides for a few minutes.
Then I put some of Mrs Bear's Sauce on the Buns, slapped those Steak pieces in the Buns & I was in Sammy Heaven!!

Then the Second night, I cut up A bunch of Leftover PR, and Toasted 3 slices of Italian Bread.
Then I Heated the PR pieces in a Pan, while I put some “Tallarico’s Philly Style Steak Sauce”on the Toast.
When the PR pieces were to my liking, I laid them out neatly on the Toast, covered them with American Cheese, and heated them until the cheese melted. Then it was time to get a Fork out & Eat this tasty Treat.

Moving on to the Third Night:
I took all the Prime Rib that was left & cut it into bite-size pieces, dropped them into a Buttered Frying Pan, and flipped them around a bunch of times. Then I waited until I plated the Meat before I shot a few blotches of “Kraft Hickory Smoke BBQ Sauce & Dip”, so it doesn’t burn. Added some Leftover Broccoli to my plate & it was Chow Time!!!

And the 4th Night the Bear was Sad, because the Prime Rib was ALL GONE !!!

Thanks for stopping by,

Bear

Well Bear, looks like you got your fill of PR for a few days :emoji_wink: The beauty of a gorgeous chunk of meat like that is you can do some pretty simple, basic stuff with the leftovers and still have a great meal...which you have proven once again. You sir are the undeniable master of leftovers, that's for sure!!

Hoping I have leftover PR this weekend,
Robert

Thank You Robert!!!
I've been eating a lot of leftovers all of my life.
I remember when Mrs Bear did All the cooking, and She and Bear Jr would be 3 or 4 days ahead of me on meals. They'd be eating Thursday's meal, while I'd be finishing up Monday's Leftovers.
And Thanks for the Like.

looks great bear, or should I say dr. leftovers. I'm like you when it comes to eating left overs i'll eat them until they're gone, hate wasting food. must say though my leftovers never look as good as yours.

Looks great bear I'd be chomping at the bit for that cheese sammy. I eat most of our leftovers also. However I vacuum seal them to eat at a later day at work. Nicely done as usual.

Point for sure
Chris

LOL ,,, I think the Bear pig'd out !! Love the left overs too . Always cook extra .
That made some good eats !

Thank You Rich!!
Hmm, I always seem to eat more on Days 2, 3, & 4 than on the original Meal (Day 1).

Thank You Jim!!
Sometimes I have so much leftover, I have to freeze some after 4 or 5 days. Then after a week or 3, I can bring it back & finish it off.

You are creative and thanks for sharing.

I often cook or smoke for left overs. When in the fields (work for growers) I want something to foil wrap and reheat on a tractor engine. It really varies from tractor brand and model.

Did the Mrs kick you out with a "you need to find a hobby" when you you retired?

Thank You Chris!!
I don't mind so much, because a lot of times I enjoy the Leftovers more than the first meal.
And Thanks for the Like.

No, No problem there. She knew I'd get out of the way, because I'm very good at doing Little to Nothing.
And Thanks for the Like.
