She is like the pain in the ass little sister that I never had.
Sometimes it seems like I fix more things at her house then ours. LOL!!!

The best thing about neighbors though is that you can go back to the safety of your house! HAHA

I haven't done a tri-tip in a couple months and now I have to add it to my shopping list. The only down side is we will be in the mid 90's to 103F this week so standing in front of a hot fire might not be a good experience.

Same here Chris, the night I cooked this was are last cool evening for a week. Temps are supposed to drop next Sat. I sure hope so, I have a rib contest, and I hate smoking when it's hot anymore.
