Handy! Just open up the offset and wriggle your pinkies at it, you can get a jump start on the lump before the 100mph winds try to blow the smoker into Georgia. Chain 'er down good and keep the vents almost closed - 100mph winds *might* be too much draft! I'd do butts and briskets - ribs might flap away and end up who knows where!
