Just joined, but been stalking this forum for a while now.

I'm a native Texas boy that now lives in Montana. To put it bluntly, where I'm at in Montana, they have zero good BBQ. My wife and I really miss that good Texas BBQ.

So I've decided to learn how to smoke things on my own. All I have right now is a MES30, a 12" AMZNPTS, a hungry family, and some hankerin' for good BBQ taste buds.
