Pre-smoke:

A friend of mine could not come over tomorrow for what I am calling my BBQ Delight for friends and family. He could stop by tonight thou, so I tried a store bought rub and my rub for 4 racks of spares, 2 ribs with my rub and 2 with the store bought. Well the neighbor showed up when the spares were done ( go figure ) and us 3 decided the store bought rub sucked!

Anyway, I started a thread on this weekend.

The WSM is warming up for 27lbs of butts and then around 4:30ish am I'll put the full packer brisket ( all ready rubbed ) on and then at 11:00am put the spares on and then around 2:30ish put the chicken quarters on for dinner around 5:00 pm.

Here is an update, I put the butts on at 12:30am last night, took a catnap, butts are at 154* stall is around the corner, woke up at  4:00am and now I have put on the brisket and reloaded water pan and R.O. lump . I'm using hickory chunks. Time for another catnap.

It sounds like you are doing just fine and I'll have to check back in and check on the progress.
