pre flood fish

Caught these 3 weeks ago, larger 1 is/was a 3# walleye the smaller was a little catfish. Brined the this morning, sprikled rub on them and on to the smoker after church. The neighbors loved it.
I screwed the date on the pics

does not look like you screwed up the Q..gaads you guys are killin me with the fresh fish ques..I have to travel for ever to get fresh fish.

never ever let some one tell you there are fresh fish in the desert.
even the fish in the water here taste like caca as the water is stagnet.

Thanks Buzz. I had heard eyes weren't very good to smoke. I see they were wrong. I'll give it a try now. Those look good.
