Have family in for the Holidays, looking at possible rain Sun, Mon, Wed, and Thurs. so I though we better get some smoke in the air. Started out with a 4lb. pork shoulder, added a rack of St. Louis style spare ribs, might throw on some chicken thighs a little later. As usual, using my own concoction of general all purpose rub, apple juice/apple cider injection in the shoulder, haven't decided weather to go wet or dry on the ribs yet. All over Orange wood of course.

Sunny skies, no breeze and a mild 55 degrees out. couldn't ask for a better day!
