Softball size hail in South West Missouri. Those that know I live in an RV. 10 big holes in the roof and all my solar panels are smashed. I have sheet metal over the holes but the next storm started. Got a few more hours before repairs can start.

Dang that sucks. We will pray for you for sure.

Prayers for you
I don't think anywhere you live is safe from carnage in those kind of storms.

I just don't know if insurance will cover it. By far the craziest hail storm I've ever been in my entire life. I've traveled all over Europe and into Asia and I've never seen anything like that. It was insane. Huge hail and it came down a couple million at a time most around baseball size but some got as big as softballs. Impacts sounds like gunshots. Both cars have busted windshields and moms minivan has the rear busted out too.

Moms roof is heavily damaged, gutters ripped off the house, limbs everywhere, and the same all around me. With no power and all the sirens..... Kinda reminds me of bad things from my past...

Good lord! I'm sorry to hear this. Rich @chopsaw told me parts of MO were in the path of this. He got lucky. Sorry to hear you weren't as lucky.
I'm not sure if you have the coverage or not. We specified any weather occurrence other than flooding. Which is very remote for our location. In 92 we had a bad ice storm come through. And caused a lot of damage. Which was covered. Hope the best for you.

Oh man, that totally sucks. Hopefully you can get a temporary patch job to keep it from further leakage. Mother nature can sure be cruel at times.

I've made the decision not to try and patch any of the holes in the roof tonight. I was going to try but there's another rainstorm coming in an hour and it just wouldn't be enough time to cure and I'm worried that there's water under the spray foam in a couple locations and it would have no time to dry if I just patch it now. Gonna try 100 silicone RV roof with cloth patches. I hadn't been on to post pictures of me remounting the solar panels. And running my plumbing. Literally yesterday I ordered a new freestanding sink, and all the bits and pieces to do my plumbing except for the shower pressure side and drains with pump. $650 worth. That's over a quarter of my monthly income. Retirement income isn't what it's cracked up to be. Lol 🤣 🤣 🤣

SIL is over by Poplar Bluff, supposed to get nasty there as well I hear. Praying for you and everyone in that area. Be smart and be safe.

WOWWWW ... All this bad weather everywhere... I blame it on all the space missions/businesses ...
If not to late... Would be much better if you would/could at least tarp it to stop future water damage...

Unfortunately there's not a tarp at Lowe's or Walmart plus it's 36 feet long, be an expensive tarp! Went looking for one for my mom's minivan

Well I have my first piece of good news, the silicone RV roof that I had leftover from building the roof 2 years ago is still good!! I don't have to worry about intercote adhesion or fighting chemistry between 2 dissimilar silicone types.

I'm super happy and relieved and now it needs to stop damn raining

And all this is just your damage... Imagine the damage as a whole ...

Got a big lump in my throat right now and hard to swallow this ... Sorry for your damage Bub ...

What about maybe driving it to a close overpass to get it out of the rain ??

I have the tail end of the transmission and parking brake disassembled

I can't even fathom the "total damage" . I don't think I want to know. Crazy that a tornado took out my daughter's car with a tree almost exactly a year ago.
