Well there is no other place to put smoker side cocktails.
I serve this drink when cold and it does not fail.
14 oz pumpkin puree
1 gallon apple cider
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup brown sugar
Heat cider in a pot and dissolve 9 oz of the puree, mix in all ingredients. ( i usually do this in a slow cooker ) once dissolved pull 2 cups to set aside. keep warm and stirred.
Now take the 2 cups and add another 5 oz of pumpkin puree to thicken.
Serve 6 oz of the warm pumpkin cider with 2 oz of some good apple pie shine. top with whip cream and drizzle the thickened mixture over the whipped cream.
There you have the Pumpkin Party Dropper. A nice warm drink for a cold winters day.
