I got a Limited Edition Red Weber Kettle from my wife for Christmas. It's the first kettle I've owned, and I love it! I've done steak a few times, sausages, burgers. But the best so far, was two pork tenderloins! Here's the video I made of the cook for my YouTube channel! Any feedback would be appreciated!

Great video, but in my opinion they were overcooked. I would pull them off at 138 to 140, and the carryover cooking will bring them up to 145. At that temp they will be much more tender & juicy. But it sounds like everybody liked them so I guess you did a fine job!!

I definitely cooked them more than I wanted to. I was wanting to take them off earlier, but the temps kinda flared on me. thanks for watching!
