Finally convinced my wife to have pork tenderloin for dinner. She won’t try pork chops or anything like that bc she thinks they are dry. I convinced her to try a tenderloin. Got a pack from the store. Did one up with her Jeff’s rub and one with a mix of Jeff’s Texas rub and store bought garlic herb. Rubbed them and wrapped for about an hour while the grill warmed up. Put them on for about an hour put a little bbq on the original rub one. and pulled them at 140* let sit for about 20 minutes while I finished everything else and they were great. Wife approved hopefully I can convince her to try pork chops now

Amazing how folks change their mind eating pork cooked properly. Cook the Chops or Loin Roast to the same IT for equally great results.
Nicely done Sir...JJ

Tenderloins are a favorite around here, easy - cheap, and quick. Yours look awfully good.

Point for sure
Chris

...and they are nice cut to the size of the width of a bacon slice and wrapped in same, and then smoked. high temp and quick for that crispy bacon.

I just noticed it's my 6th anniversary today here at SMF. happy happy to me.
