We did the largest batch so far in the newish smoker. About 4 months ago I tried Pork ribs for the first time on the new smoker and they just did come out the way I liked them. After playing with the smoker and having several great successes, I decided to make a bunch of pork. We made 35 lbs of pork, 1/2 ribs and 1/2 loins. I froze 16lbs of chopped up loins for making a couple of big batches chile verde. We had a great meal and this was the left overs.
