Hello all ! 100 degrees here but smoke on anyway !Trying my first stuffed pork loin.Brined it overnight just for giggles. put down a rub and let sit for a few hours in fridge.



Yup , those are apples all chopped up on there !!



mixed cinnimon and a bit of brown suger in with th apples. add cream cheese, roll and tie , and ready to go !

Heres the final cut - up . Not to colorfull but tasty none the less. Pork was delish, apple - cream cheese combo a little weird. Very tasty but next time I would cook apples a little ahead. They were def. done but still had a little snap. Was looking fir more of a apple pie consistancy.Had much fun with this experiment !
 
It sure looks good gorilla! I've tried apples, onions and kraut before but never tried cream cheese. Sounds good!
