Nicely done. We didnt get them that thick, really nice. However, Butt Steaks were the only " Pork Chops " I knew of as a kid. Dad didn't like how dry Loin Chops got and Butt Steaks stayed juicy, even cooked 1960's Well Done!😆....JJ

Looks excellent to me! I was just gifted one bone in pork roast. Looks like it was just cut off the end of a butt, about 1 1/2“ thick, with the blade bone still in it. Gonna smoke it to about 180-190 & see if it’s probe tender. Then eat it like a steak with some taters & broccoli!
