Made pork steaks today on the Rectec Trailblazer in 3 degrees outside. This grill never ceases to amaze me.

Thick cut steaks with Jeff's Texas Rub and then Jeff's Original Rub. Smoked at 225 for about 45 minutes flipping once during that time. Then wrapped in foil with butter and some honey. Cranked temperature up to 275 for about 45 minutes to IT of 190.
Put the grill grates on and turned temp up to 400. Glazed with Killer Hogs Vinegar Sauce.
4 minutes a side on the grill grates. Add a sweet potato and coleslaw.

Thanks!

Most of the packages were thin cut. They had one think cut so I grabbed on of each. This will become a new go to.
