pork spareribs brisket ends????

does anybody have a clue what this is..i just pick some up for under $5.00 ea..the package calls it " pork spareribs brisket ends "
i don't see any bones in it looks like a brisket skirt but not positive..any help explaning this cut of meat...looks good enough to smoke...

Brtisket ends, feather bones, rib tips, it's all the same...the leftovers from making spare ribs into St Louis cut ribs.
Cook em up till tender and eat or add to chili or beans or shread for taco's....it's all good!
