Pork Shoulder Roast (aka BUTT) on sale

Was in Winco yesterday, roast bone in .78 a pound. Since I have two in cure right now (buckboard bacon), didn't have fridge room so I bought two and froze. At that price, I am thinking about buying a couple more as I smoke the two bacons, and maybe cure more, or smokin them for pulling.

Just to let ya know.

I would buy several more, since I have a deepfreeze!

Even with what's left of the half-beef we bought last fall, I'd make room!

more than likely I will buy more than two more, but freezer under the house is dang near full. But with some pushing and shoving... maybe get two more in and two in for another cure :D

That's the way...make 'em fit! If the weather seems okay where you are, I'd also buy one or two for a smoked pulled pork bbq either todau oy tommorrow. Once you pull it, is stores real well in gallon ziploc storage bags. Doesn't take up as much space and presto~ instant BBQ any day of the week!
