Pork Shoulder Onsale

Just in time for the 4th of July weekend, Harris Teeter grocery store has Pork Butts on sale for $1.29 a pound.

I picked up a 6.38lb butt for $8.23

This is my first time smoking so if all goes well, I'll be going back Saturday for more. I have a large empty freezer to fill
