Has anyone tried pork short ribs? I'm thinking of doing a beef short vs Pork short rib video this weekend. I've never seen this cut before at the supermarket so I was curious when I saw this cut online and went ahead and ordered. Supposedly they're like little pork butts on a bone. 😀 We'll see!

In for the ride! Saw this about them on SNF

WHAT ARE PORK SHORT RIBS?

Pork short ribs are the continuation of the baby back rib section as it extends into the shoulder. Each 3-bone section has a meat to bone ratio more than twice of regular ribs.

These are the ribs attached to the shoulder section which is typically cut between the 3rd and 4th or between 4th and 5th rib. Once cut these ribs are removed with as much or as little meat as the butcher desires, then the picnic can be cut away from the Boston butt.
