Pork, sausage, Tasso and chicken jambalaya for Old Saint Nick!!!

Down in south Louisiana and cooking a jambalaya for Christmas Eve.
So far have everything cut up and the pork is cooking.
I will keep y’all updated as we go.

Sausage and Tasso are done.
Onions, green onions and garlic and “melting” now.
Then everything back in the pot.

Onions are clear and everything is back in the pot now to get the water out.
Then I’ll add the broth/water until it’s boiling. Then rice.

My family keeps coming around and saying, man the smells good. And they’re about to eat it! I think it would be cold by the time it made its way to New Hampshire!
