Pork Ribs in a Bundt Pan

    Trying to tell Bride I need a larger smoker, so the ribs will fit, was an effort in futility.... roll 'em..... OK ... I think I need an MES 100...... HAHAHAHAHAHA

    The 'Bundt Pan Fatty" is what inspired this SNAFU...... The ribs were "enhanced", so something to catch the liquid was in order today....

    Old proverb..... if the "shoe fits" .......

    Hahaha Dave, I like the creativity.  I hate having to cut the racks in half.  It just doesn't have the same appeal as a full slab of ribs!

    HAH.....liking the jerryrigged set-up. Bet the bottoms of those ribs were juicy awesome...Willie

    I stuck a piece of foil in the center hole and foiled the top..... added beer for moisture..... came out good.......
