Thought I had posted this earlier today, but can't find it....so here it is, and hopefully, not a double post!

Hickory of coarse

Primarily Hickory.
Since visiting Pecan Lodge I have been using a lot of Pecan. It leave a sweet smokey flavor.

I use apple/hickory for pork most of the time.
But to be honest, when I have almost empty bags of cherry/mesquite/whatever, I throw those in with the Apple and hickory mix.

Red Oak and cherry Is my favorite but not always available. Most of the time its hickory and any fruitwood, mostly apple or pecan

I like about 65% Hickory, then equal parts Maple and Cherry.
