Any big differences in the bread texture-wise?I've been getting more into bread-making lately and am gonna have to give this a try on the WSM.

No real big differences that I can see other then the top did not brown up as much when the bread was ready to come out. So a softer crust would be the only thing I can see.

Nice job on the ribs. The bread looks great. Did it pick up much smoke??
Gary

I really did not pick up any smoke smell. You can add wood to a pit barrel but I don't and just rely on the briquettes to give the food that BBQ flavor.
Only reason I decided to give it a try was I had a pretty good amount still going strong and it was ashame to waist them.
