Wanted some ribs yesterday so Saturday I pu 3 racks of saint louy and a pack of lamb Breasts , I will do more of the lamb in the future , used Kingsford hickory in the sons PB5 , wrapped 1 rack with sugar free bbq sauce and wrapped the lamb without sauce, turned out great , will add pictures from my phone.

I’ll take some of those ribs please. I’ve never done lamb at home but enjoy it. Might have to try soon!
 
Love me some lamb.Its been consistently cheap here so it's been a regular at our table.
 
I treated it like pork and same rub, will use sucklebusters 1836 on the next batch I make , more beefy than I remember so want a little more garlic in it, about 5 hours at 225 with 30 minutes at 300, wrapped 1 rib and the lamb after 3 hrs other 2 racks naked and didn’t get a picture of the last 1.
