Pork ribs and beer can chicken

So I decided to have some family over for dinner and figured it would be a good time to experiment with my smoker. I had only smoked ribs once before and loved them so I figured I'd do it again.
Just before the ribs went into my small true north smoker.
after 3 hrs of smoking a dbl wrapped the ribs in tin foil with apple juice and put them on the BBQ cause it was -10 out I couldn't maintain the temp I wanted
The ribs are almost done, took the chicken off the stand and rolled on grill for a final cook and to crisp up the skin. It was good day of smoking in my books. Served with garlic baby potatoes corn on the cob salad and fresh dinner buns
