Inaugral Voyage on the new LSG 42" Pellet Smoker

OTBS coming out of the new smoker on it's maiden voyage. I think I may need to move the bird feeders; I'm not sure how keen the birds are for smoked nuts.

I have never cooked with a pellet cooker, so I picked the easiest and most forgiving meat: Boston butt.

It has a hand-pull handle, but could probably be connected to a lawnmower. It will primarily stay on the patio, but could possibly be taken to our neighborhood pool/clubhouse for events.
