My family was gifted 3 of these. First time smoking one. Onto the Recteq at 180 for about an hour or so, and then I'll crank the heat up a little. I see some tasty pork chops in the near future. My mother asked that I don't put any rub, or seasoning on it (BOOOOHHH). That's why it's naked.

How did it come out. My family loves that roast for the flavor and tenderness.

I will be making on New Year’s Day.
 
I tried to buy one today our Publix supermarkets have them on sale but didn't have any ready I'll try again in a couple days
 
Nice, we love rack or pork, we have a Porcelet (Milk-Fed Pork) one that we are doing next week......can't wait, ps we do a ton of them in our house!

#2 is done. Mustard binder ,and a healhty slathering of Memphis Rendezvous Rub. Sliced up for Tomahawks.
