I actually got my whole loin at a chain grocery store. They had chops on sale and I asked the butcher for a whole loin.

Boy wish I could have took a pic of his face.

Its all in what you like or what your imagination permits.

Today shaved it, heated it wth some of my BBQ sauce and had BBQ poboys, tonight hash with cheese omlets. Maybe after Christmas some beans! Versitle, yep thats it.

(I am saving the bones for the neighbors dog) Did I mention he's my buddy?
