The 4th of July is also my mommas birthday and we always have a big cookout . This year we went with two fresh hams , loins , ribs , chicken and sausage . had all the fixings too , peas , sweet corn , slaw , baked beans , five cheese macoroni and deserts galore . My ribs got a little hot at the end and kind of p'd me off but everything else turned out great . Enjoy .

That's quite the feast. It all looks great, even the ribs look good to me. Congratulations and Happy B-Day momma!

Holy Smoke !! That Smoker packed a full house. Everything sure made me thirsty ! Congrats to you. Happy Birthday to mom. Thanks for sharing the view.

The ribs in the pics were alright but I had a couple of other slabs that burnt pretty bad .

A mill right guy here in town builds them on the side . It's a reverse flow pull behind with two racks inside .
