Going to smoke a pork loin at 225 to 250 in my mes with Todds pellet smoker. About 1 hour per lb? Smoke to a IT of 145 then wrap.


Using emans rub.
 
Will send more pics as I rerub and cook.

Pork loin should take somewhere about 30 - 40 minutes per pound.  I would pull to rest at about 140 IT.

Yea it temp of 145 them wrapped it. It turned out good.
