So this is my first pork loin I'm smoking and I have a different situation than anything have seen here. I need to smoke it and pull it for pulled pork but I need to freeze it as its for a get together next weekend. I want to reheat it in an oven already pulled with some liquid to keep it moist. My question is what temp should I smoke it too? I should smoke it to the normal 145 IT or lower since I'm going to be freezing then oven warming it again.

A pork loin is not a good cut of meat to pull. You would need to take it to 200+ degrees to get it to pull & it would be dry & stringy.

I would just smoke it to 140, rest it & slice it.

Then it can be reheated at a later date.

Here is a loin I did a while ago, you could just freeze it with the pan juice & reheat it right in the pan.
