First time on the new ride...got a pork loin on the OK joe testing out temps and leaks on the second burn after seasoning..and it starts storming

Holding a solid 225-235 temp for 1.5 hours until the rains came...pics to follow...hope it turns out good!
 
Well it's a little "rubbery" so I think taking the pork to 140 degrees might be too low
