I saw a pork roll on here the other day (sorry don’t remember who did it). But it looked dam good so I set a chunk out to thaw. I got this pork loin (about 3 lbs) opened up and spread cream cheese and browned onion and seasoned up, then rolled and tied. I’m bowhunting tonight so not smoking it, so it will either be in the oven or on pellet grill.
What would you do with it?? Thanks for your time!
 
Either way sounds good . Touch of smoke would be nice . I'd say whichever one is the easiest to watch temps from a tree stand .
 
Whatever is easiest,but I do it on the pellet grill.

Gotta have some wholesome deliciousness when you get back home!
 
Got one gonna do soon. Also doing the onions and cream cheese and either gonna try my homemade choke cherry jelly or do the apple pie filling again, (was a hit the first time)
