Good supper tonight. Nothing fancy. Pulled some vacuumed sealed thin sliced pork loin roast out of the freezer and made sandwiches for the wife, grandson and myself. Injected and smoked the loin bout 3 months back and sliced it thin. Added some white cheddar that I had cold smoked in January along with the hot sweet jalapenos that I made in September. Added mayo and Roasted Pineapple Habanero sauce. Turned out good. Love being able to save my smoked meat for many months and pull it out and it is just as good as the day I smoked it.

Leftovers are always a good thing to have around.

Looks awesome and the new sauce sounds really good but is it really hot
It is hot out of the jar. Normally when you bast and cook with this type of stuff it is not has hot on the finished product. Tiger Sauce is one of the layers of flavors on my ribs. Tiger sauce is hot out of the bottle but not near as hot once you add to the ribs and continue to cook.
