Pork in Wok Thai Style

Still playing with my new Kamado. Quite a bit different than my old one. This turned out really well. Here's a couple pics.

Looks great, please share if you want the teps and spices used? I would love to cook this.
 
Pork was cubed and trimmed and marinated in Soy Sauce, Sirachi, Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce & rice wine vinegar.
Preheated the cast iron wok upper temp was 375 but I'm sure the wok was much hotter as it's just above the coals. Stir fried the pork, added 3tbl butter and fried rice. Stir fried briefly and put in 21/2 cups of water. Let it cook down. Served with cashews to put on top. If you haven't tried Mae Ploy it's good with anything.
