Picked up 4 pack of pork cushion made one in slow cooker, it was ok, a bit dry. Any suggestions roast, smoke, slice into steaks and grill. Have 3 more to use up. Was told it’s a roast from the shoulder, not much fat on it.
 
yes they are pretty lean,got to watch you over cook them, maybe brine them and smoke like a ham, or marinate them in a liguid.
 
They braise well, and if you cut them up like country style ribs, they’re ok on the grill if you don’t overcook them. I’ve never been thrilled with the results of smoking them though. Just not enough fat.
