Pork Crown Roast (with pics)

    Theresa,
    one other thing to keep in mind. The roast needs to be pretty big. My butcher doesn't make them any less than 16 ribs (usually). The one in the pics was 12 ribs but he really had a tough time doing it. He wasn't there when we ordered it so he let it go, but apparently they are very hard to do with less than the 16 ribs. But I'm sure your butcher will let you know ....

    That's too funny...I just got off the phone with the butcher and he said it would be about 14-16 ribs, then I came back and read this...lol. I pick it up Sat the 7th.

    crown roast really do look awsome for any occasion. know one would so no to such a royal peice of meat. will be doing my crown soon.
