Pork Chop Sammies

Picked up some pork loin chops this morning at the local market for some sandwiches for dinner.
Quick turn on the old gasser with a little Montreal Brazilian Steakhouse seasoning

Some sliced avocado and tomato

A couple of chops and then some provolone, cheddar, and caramelized onions.

Finished it with a bit of homemade chunky applesauce on the side.

SWMBO was very pleased so I call it a success!

The caramelized onions and avocado really worked well together to make the sandwiches fantastic.
