This was my second time using out smoker and was preparing pork butt for tacos for a work gathering. Enjoy the pics! If any feedback, great and any questions ask away!

Sure. Carnitas is cooked in lard. I dont have that, but the rub is a very carnitas rub. Used a bit of a mojo brine.
 
Why your getting xrays plate ready saddle me up one also. Looks great.
